Jon Quackenbush is a Life Member of the VFW and has been serving as Post Quartermaster since 2011.

Jon is a U.S. Navy veteran who began his service as a boatswain mate aboard a Navy Destroyer Escort the USS Hissem. Following his "Tin Can” duty Jon was assigned to an aviation ordinance division aboard the Air Craft Carrier USS Ticonderoga. In 1971 the carrier and its crew were deployed overseas that included the waters off Viet Nam.

A retired Law Enforcement Officer, Jon resides in the City of Auburn.
